The cost for cleaning a single phone number is €0.02. The total cost for cleaning will be calculated based on the number of unique phone numbers submitted to the Public opt-out registry (RPO – Registro pubblico delle opposizioni). The system automatically detects duplicates and allows for the exclusion of numbers already cleaned or registered with the Public opt-out registry (RPO – Registro pubblico delle opposizioni) based on previous cleanings.

It is also possible to clean your own lists. If matching the cleaned data returned from the Public opt-out registry (RPO – Registro pubblico delle opposizioni) with your original file is not required, the service is included in the rental fee. By simply copying and pasting the numbers into the software, you will receive the list of numbers along with the cleaning results.

However, if assistance is needed to match the cleaned data with your files in CSV or Microsoft Excel format, the operation of extracting phone numbers, sending the extracted list to the register, and matching the returned file with your file has an additional cost of €10 per file.
